Portfolio EAB Testing Observations

When adding Evidence, having to click "+ Add Tags" and "+ Add Links" slows the workflow and feels like extra clicks that don't need to be there.  Could they be a text field to click into from the start? 

When I access the Portfolio default home page I can see the portfolios that have been created, but without taking any action (and waiting between 10-40 seconds), I will get an error notice that says "Unable to get the available courses.  Please try again later."  This happens after I refresh the page as well.  I have attached the error message, if it helps. 

Also, I still can't load the Evaluation Portfolio and I get the same error.  I have tried different user account logins and different web browsers.

Thank you so much for raising this. The issue with courses loading slower is something we’re aware of, especially in beta environments. I tried acting as your account, and your courses appeared for me after about 30 seconds without triggering the error — so they are loading, just a bit slowly right now. I attached a screenshot of that. We're actively working on improving performance, and we'll continue to monitor this specific error.

Also, since you’re likely enrolled as both an admin and an educator, I’d recommend trying it from an incognito/private browser window - that often helps avoid role-related caching conflicts.
