Accent marks in Lockdown mode

I have found that Lockdown mode is not recognizing keyboard settings and students are unable to add accent marks while completing a test using Lockdown mode. How do we get around this?

What do you mean by "Lockdown mode"?  Do you mean quizzes which are set to require Respondus LockDown Browser?
