Access to small work group denied

I am having trouble accessing my small group. when i click on the access button....it tells me access is denied. I am a harvard PLC student...my name is Rodolfo Bustamante.

As an instructor and having had this happen to a student before when I was setting up my small groups, I am going to say it is a setting on your instructor's end. I would encourage reaching out to your instructor directly to see if they can rectify this issue!
