Accessing SpeedGrader in Discussions

Can we get a Speedgrader button immediately available when an instructor pulls up a Discussion?  It's not intuitive to click the mystery 3 dots at the top right and then scroll down.  I would guess instructors go into the discussion 90% of the time for the sake of grading it.
