Accidentally Deleted A Module

I accidentally deleted week 1 of a module. I am trying to see if it can be restored. I am an instructor for the course. An original help article has been deleted with advice. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

There is an "undelete" function in Canvas that will allow instructors to restore many different types of deleted content.  Have a look at https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Canvas-Admin-Blog/Undeleting-things-in-Canvas/ba-p/267116
