Accommodations for students

There is not a way to assign/provide the accommodations a special education student is required to have according to his/her Individualized Education Plan. The Mastery platform provides the option to assign an assortment of accommodations that an IEP may require, such as the read aloud accommodation. The special education students are at a great disadvantage in the Canvas platform assignments, quizzes, discussions, and modules.

Canvas does allow for most special education / IEP accommodations but they may not be obvious.

For assignments or discussions, can you provide an example of an accommodation that you are trying to meet?
