The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

Thanks for coming back to clarify your question. That sounds very strange you wouldn't be able to delete anything. Where in your Canvas course were you trying to delete content? Pages? Assignments? Discussions? Files? Somewhere else?
Have you tried clearing your browser cache/history? Or, have you tried using a different browser completely? (an up-to-date Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser are good choices...but I've also had success on my Windows 11 laptop using Microsoft Edge)
Once you clear your browser cache, exit the browser completely, then re-start the browser. Log back in to Canvas to see if you can delete the items from your course.
Hopefully this information will help. If not, I'd recommend reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they have any other suggestions.

Sorry. I had some issues with the page when I was asking my question, and I guess the actual question was deleted.
I am not sure if this is the right forum for this question, but I was deleting some stuff from Canvas and I got tired of it asking if I was sure I wanted to delete the items, so I clicked on the check box to stop asking me. Now I can't delete anything. Anywhere in Canvas. I was wondering if there is a setting to get the ability to delete items back.
