Add an test Edu App to Canvas,but it not load

when i add a edu app which i added in to canvas in assigments as Submission Type/ external app. And save it. But it doesn't load the app url.

I stopped by the first step!

Hi @JennyLi ...

I'm not exactly sure which LTI app you are trying to use within your course.  Have you tried reaching out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning team to see if they would be able to help you?  Since they would be the ones who typically have administrative access to your school's Canvas environment, they may have installed the LTI app at the Canvas account level.  I would recommend reaching out to them to see if they can provide you with some further support on this.

I am a web developer from China, We have the admin account and want to add out website as the external app in assignments / submission. I try to add an app in edu app center and install it in Canvas, try to connect with Canvas and do some test. But when I add an assignments with submission use the app。I won't see the loading url in the .So I confused why could this happen。It is may easy for me to read and use the Canvas API doc.But the first step, it stopped me!
