I am trying to add a link from 1 module to 1 image button I created on pages. However, when I add the link, it links ALL 9 of the modules, not the 1 specific module I want for the image. Help?!
Links to a module just take you to the module page and scrolls down to that module.
Is that what is happening
As far as I know, there's no way to link to a page with just that one module.
Hi there @JVKissane ,
If I am understanding correctly, you want your students to click on an image (which acts like a link) to take them to a specific module, right? If so, you can do this by using the course link tool in the RCE.
Here's a video I created for you on how to do it: Click Here
I hope this helps!
Noah
Thanks for the video. I just wish there was a way of linking just the 1 module instead of bringing up all the modules. Maybe something for canvas to consider in the future. 😃
Happy to help @JVKissane ,
There currently isn't a way enabled by default that instructors can make it so all modules are hidden except a specific one, especially through a set-up like yours.
If your class is all on the same schedule and same pace, I'd recommend having all other modules except the one you're working on to be set as unpublished, however, that isn't always really ideal, in fact many teachers keep their modules open the entire school year, which I do support. But, it all depends on how your class runs.
Be well,
Noah
