Adaptive release of a solution file after second quiz attempt

I have faculty who want a certain file to be available to students AFTER their second attempt on a quiz. I cannot find a feature that allows that in Canvas. We can do it after the first quiz attempt, but not the second. Am I missing something?

I'm not sure you can. A workaround would be to have 2 duplicated quizzes, and then the file release on the requirement in Modules to release once attempts have been made on both quizzes. Why twice? Are they set questions or randomised @FarahKashef

Thank you so much, @sharon_kitching ! It's a math course. The faculty is going to change it to only one attempt next semester, but right now since the syllabus says two attempts allowed, he needs to stick with it. The way the faculty has set it up right now, students, if they don't do well the first time, are supposed to learn from their mistake and retake it and then the solution file appear on a certain date. He's just wondering if this could be automated after the second attempt, instead of a date release.
