I think my authentication settings are wrong.
We linked all students and observers with IDs but I have some parents have created new accounts by using the student's pairing code not their ID. I see parents with emails and no ID. Help! Are these settings wrong? I probably need to select "disable self-registration," but we went back and forth so much in implementation that I can't remember why we ended up here with these two checked.
