The Instructure Community will enter a read-only state on November 22, 2025 as we prepare to migrate to our new Community platform in early December.

It would be really helpful to have annotation tools in SpeedGrader for discussions, particularly when we're noting spelling, grammatical, and APA errors.
It would also allow us to comment directly on the discussion vs. within the rubric.

This sounds like something you could submit as an idea in the "Ideas and Themes" space here in the Canvas Community. You'll want to review the Guides found under the "Ideas and Themes" section at: Instructure Community Guide - Instructure Community Your idea will have a chance to be evaluated and maybe even implemented down the road.
