No because the 20 year old SCORM specifications doesn't have that. One needs "API" for that. You're between a rock and a hard place: h5p as an LTI in Canvas, can do that and you can see data on how users answered on specific questions. However h5p has problems. On the h5p quiz content type, I previewed it to my supervisor on her computer, saw it tell her what her score was, but then we got a connection error and I saw later on my computer that her score was never recorded.
Canvas new quizzes, can show you how a user did on an individual question, but does not have the capability to give user right and wrong answer feedback immediately after they answer. Unless you have a one question quiz. So it's sort of a mess.
