As an Admin, is there a report I can run that will return all users currently enrolled in a course as an observer?

Ideally, I would also like the course number as well.  That might mean I have to combine two sets of data.  I have tinkered with several of the admin reports and even downloaded a couple of the raw data tables and I seem to get contradicting data from each.  I would just like to know who is currently enrolled as an observer in my Canvas instance - no matter the type of course (Project, master, etc.)

Hi @sheardln,

Under your root account settings -> reports tab, I believe you'll want to run the provisioning report (choose all terms, and check enrollments).  That will give you a list of all enrollments for your entire instance, and if you load that into a spreadsheet program, you can filter for the observer role.

Thanks so much! I believe that finds 99% of the observers.  There seem to be a few that don't show up on that report for whatever reason, but I am able to track them down in other ways (it is also a really small amount.) Cheers!
