As an instructor, how can I know if any student leave a feedback message in their assignment?

Hi @HoSingYAU ...

When you go to your "Account" >> "Notifications" screen, scroll down to the "Submission Comment" row (under the "Course Activities" heading).  Do you have your notifications enabled there?  There are overall account notifications, but there are also individual course notifications, so you'll want to check those as well.
