[ARCHIVED] Big Blue Blue Button Recording Did Not Populate

We have been using BBB for several weeks now via Canvas Instructure and have been quite pleased thus far. We hold class every Tuesday and Thursday evenings and record these LIVE  session. Usually within 24 hours the recording has populated as expected. 
 
Unfortunately, this past Tuesday's LIVE session (8/25/2020) that was recorded never populated. 
 
I was wondering if anyone had any insight on how we can get this recording or direct us to who might assist.
