Students and faculty have access to the Big Blue Button in the navigation bar. Faculty set up conferences and invited all students to attend. Students were unenrolled and re-enrolled to be sure.
When students click on the Big Blue Button, they get an "Access Denied" pop up. I'm not sure what to do from an admin perspective because to me, faculty have set up everything correctly. This occurs in all courses in the account.

I think it may have been an issue with faculty creating conferences before the students were associated with the courses. I re-synched the members, and they could see the conferences. Thank you!
@AmySchechter ...
I am assuming you are a Canvas administrator at your school? If not, you'll want to have a conversation with that person.
Are you absolutely sure this is true? It looks like you are using the "Test Student" view to view the BigBlueButton chat interface. I can replicate this on my end within my own sandbox course. However, as an admin, I can also masquerade as an actual "dummy" student in my sandbox course (enrolled with the "Student" role in the People page). When I masquerade as the student, I do not see the screen that you include in your attached question. Rather, I see a button to start a new Conference, a "New Conferences" area, and a "Concluded Conferences" area. Have you tried logging in as an actual student or enrolling a "dummy" student in a course to see if you can view BigBlueButton that way?
My guess for the reason you are seeing that error message is because BBB is technically a third-party party application, and it's looking for an e-mail address to authenticate into the interface. Since the "Test Student" role does not have an e-mail address associated with it, you cannot see the BBB interface in any course.
