Can I save to-do list items for a course before the course has started?

I went through and created to-do list items for all my assignments for my two courses that start next week. However, when I refreshed the to-do list page they all disappeared 😱

Will the to-do list items reappear once the courses officially start or are they gone forever?

Are you the instructor or a student?

Usually a To Do list is generated when Assignments with Due Dates are added to a course.

A person can create Events and To Do items on their Personal Calendar and for their course calendar

I think the course does have to be Published and Active before it will show.

Also, make sure you have the Calendar toggled on for your Personal calendar and/or the Course calendar.
