Unfortunately you have asked your question in a global community of Canvas users who only have access to their own accounts and courses; and so, are unable to answer questions specific to your school.
Many schools do not make their online classrooms available to students until the start of the term. However, it may also be that you simply need to check your "All Courses" area to see if that is where they are hiding, then star them to have them show in your default course list. Failing that, I would contact your school's Canvas Admin/Support Department.
