Calendar Drag and Drop default time

When dragging and dropping assignments onto the calendar, the default time of 11:59pm is replaced with 12:59am. I have checked the time zone and default time at the Admin, Course and User level. Any ideas how to solve?

Hello Howard! 

On the Settings page of the course, there is also a default due time. This default due time will also match the time zone of the course. If you are not in the same time zone as the course time zone, that will make a difference in what you see. 

For example, I am in Mountain time, and my course is in Eastern time, as you can see from the screenshot below. However, when I set a due date for an assignment, it matches my time zone (see the second screenshot) and changes the due time for those in the same time zone as the course.

Thank you, Lyndsey, for your quick response. I had checked all of the settings as shown in your screenshots and have included mine for review. I have found others in the community with the same type of issue. Our CSM could replicate in her instance, so I have submitted a support ticket.

This is the response from Support that I just received: 

"I found that this is a behavior that our engineers are currently looking into. I will add you to the open engineering ticket. Once more information becomes available you will be notified."
