Can Canvas run in a Cluster (Hi-Av) Solution

I am running my own Canvas server based on the documentation on official documentation on github, but I haven't found a way to run Canvas server in a cluster environment.

To be clear, the Cache and the Database are in another server, the server I want in Cluster is only the Apache with the Cavas app.

Any suggestion is appreciated.
