Can I generate a Knowledge Deficiency Report (KDR) from a student's Assessment

For compliance reasons we are required to provide our students with a Knowledge Deficiency Report (KDR) of the questions they got wrong in a multiple-choice assignment/test. Each question in the test has a reference in which the student is to review the reference and then consult the content relating to that question before undergoing a verbal KDR assessment with an instructor. Is there a way to generate such a report so that the instructor and the student can review the reference without being able to view the questions.
