Can We Align Student, Teacher, and Admin Views of Grades?

The student view of grades should be the same, no matter which role a person has (provided they have permission to view a student's grades). Our middle school just switched to only showing students letter grades by using "Restrict view of quantitative data." Students see letter grades, and if teachers click a student's name from the gradebook and then click Grades, they see the same letter grades the student sees. Excellent!
But if an admin goes the same route, they don't see the letter grades - they see numbers. This has been very confusing for our department chairs, who are sub-account admins. They needed to confirm that students are, in fact, only seeing grades. They also occasionally need to use the "Print Grades" feature from that page, but now what prints will show numbers instead of letter grades, which will be incorrect. I don't know if links will post correctly here, but just in case - this Google Doc shows the difference in each role's view of the same page with a series of screenshots: https://docs.google.com/document/d/104Ghbxc0VgPT0bnhz-SDqEinSlR3GD8W5C7ln7vG1ZY/edit?usp=sharing
