Can not pass the freakin system diagnostics test

I have no idea why microphone went wrong during the pre-check. All my sittings are good and I can use my mic to chat on Zoom and my family.

I am not familiar with any systems diagnosis screens similar to what you are showing that are within the Canvas interface.  Because of this, I think it may be best to reach out to your instructor directly...as he/she may be using a third-party tool within the Canvas environment to deliver that content to you.  You can reach out to your instructor directly by following the instructions in this Guide: How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
