Can't Modify Pages

When I go to "See All Pages" screen and click on the dots for a menu I don't have any of the options I should.  There should be delete, edit etc...but instead all I see is "send to" and "Copy".  I have some I need to change and some I need to get rid of! HELP!

That certainly seems a bit odd.  When you go to your "People" page in the course, what kind of role do you have?  "Teacher", "TA", something else?  I wonder if there are some permissions that have been turned off for the role that you have for the course?  That's just a guess...but I'm not 100% sure.
