Full disclosure...I have never used Echo360, so I do not know what it is or what the capabilities are with it.  However, it does appear that Echo360 does have a LTI external app integration with Canvas.  Do you know if your school's local Canvas administrator or someone from your school's Online Learning/eLearning department has configured this LTI app with your school's Canvas environment?  There may be a cost associated with this in order to get that Consumer Key and Shared Secret (similar to a Username and Password) information, but your school's Canvas admin would be able to tell you for sure if the LTI integration has been added or not.
