[ARCHIVED] Can't log in

I am a student (anglican school)

My friend logged into her canvas account on my laptop and whenever i log out and try to log back in it goes straight to her account and doesn't give me the chance to login.

I have tried logging out multiple times and then going through different ways of logging in but it never gives me the option to log in and just automatically logs in.

Hi,  @caite_bernard  Welcome to the Canvas Community! You'll need to clear the cache and cookies of the browser she used to access her Canvas account, then close and re-launch the browser, before you can log in with your own credentials. If you're going to be sharing the same device in future, I suggest coordinating so that each of you is accessing Canvas through a different browser (i.e. draw straws to determine who gets to use Chrome and who gets to use Firefox on that device).
