Hi there, hope you are well.
I have difficulties in inserting images into my reply to discussion board. It keeps saying 'something went wrong, check you connection, reload the page and try again'.
I have tried for several times, pretty sure internet connection is fine, changed the size of the image to 15KB, still could not be uploaded.
Please kindly assist me on this. Thanks
Hi @CherlynNgan!
I am sorry to hear you have had trouble submitting to your discussion! I know a lot of times when this happens, it's because you have used up your personal file quota. You can check that by clicking account>files> scroll down and see how much storage you have used. Since embedding in a discussion reply uses your personal storage that can be an issue.
If that's not the problem, I would definitely recommend clearing your browser cache for all time. Here are some links for steps on common browsers:
If that all fails, try a different network connection, like a mobile hotspot if available. Even trying to upload from a different device would be a good trouble shooting step.
If you're still having trouble at that point, reach out to Canvas Support!
