Canvas Blank Page? Is it down?
Canvas was literally working fine 2 hours ago. I'm a student and I have papers to submit but it is kind of impossible to submit with no buttons. The canvas page is just totally blank. I went through the whole troubleshooting process: tried the different browsers, checked if my laptop is compatible (I've always used this laptop for canvas), cleared my cache, etc. I don't know what is happening but this is weird. I'm using my house's wifi and there's nothing to block or any firewall on my laptop.
It sounds like you've gone through a lot of troubleshooting steps already. Canvas is not down - it could be your school server but you'd need to check with them and it doesn't look like any announcements have been sent through to us. It is likely your internet browser and we recommend clearing the cache and cookies or trying another browser. Are you clearing your cache for longer period than the default 24 hours - I recommend at least 4 weeks. Have you reset your network wifi? Have you tried a different device completely or even a different wifi? I would try those next - if it means even calling a family member and asking them to try logging in as a one time instance.
