My Dashboard is blank and can not access zoom link for class.

Are you able to see your "Courses" >> "All Courses" screen when you log in to Canvas? If so, do you see any courses listed there? If you see your courses listed, are the courses in a "published" state or not? Your instructor would need to "publish" the courses before you and your classmates could access the course content. If you are not seeing your courses listed on the "All Courses" screen, then you'll need to reach out to your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department to see if they can help you.
A couple other things to try are the following:
- Clear your browser history/cache. Once you do this, close your browser, and then re-start your browser to see if anything has changed for the better.
- Try using another up-to-date browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. You can use the built-in browser check available in this Guide:
