Hi I tried the steps listed.
My original issue: I am an admin on Canvas. I was troubleshooting for an instructor and realized specific tabs in the course would not load. Quizzes tab loaded with 4 Quizzes, but Assignments tab is blank. Module tab loaded but the Grades tab is blank. When I select speed grader I am taken to a new page that is blank.
Troubleshooting attempted
1. Restart computer
2. Log out of Canvas and back in
3. Review compatible browsers
4. Update my computer and restart
5. Clear cache (New Problem: after doing this none of the images on Canvas load - see picture)
6. Download Firefox and access Canvas via new browser; new problem persists on both Chrome and Firefox
7. Restart computer and log into Canvas (no changes)
Then I noticed a Norton notification. I turned off my secure VPN and reloaded Canvas. Everything loads perfectly now. Its important to me to have a secure VPN. Canvas seems to work well if I log in without a VPN then turn a VPN on after logging in (this may not be doable for everyone but it works for me)

*Note: I received a couple emails from students who are encountering issues with Canvas since 08/09/2023 in regards to pages showing up blank or pages looking similar to the screenshot below. I am going to suggest a similar troubleshooting ideas for them and curious if there were any recent updates to Canvas which this could be connected to.
