Hello,
It seems that my canvas is stating that my chrome is not up to date.
I have checked on settings if chrome has an update but it does not.
What can I do from here?
Please advise at your earliest convenience.
Thank you.
Michal Parsser
Hi @MichalParsser,
Can you post a screenshot of the error that you are seeing? That may help others better assist you.
Hi, is there any update?
@MichalParsser ...
Have you tried going to this page? What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products? There is a built-in browser check on this page that will let you know if your web browser is compatible with Canvas. Also, have you tried things like clearing your browser history/cache files? After you do this, close the browser completely, re-start the browser, and log back in to Canvas to see if you still get that message on your screen.
You might also try downloading Mozilla Firefox (another browser that typically works well with Canvas) to see if you have better results.
Beyond that, I would suggest you reach out directly to Canvas Support...as they may have some additional suggestions and/or troubleshooting steps to try.
Please keep us posted here in the Community if you were able to get this resolved...thanks!
