Is there a report that will show me the year a student was enrolled into Canvas and their Canvas courses?
We have an institution-based enrollment for a course, however, students who have left the school are displaying as active.
Rather than viewing each individual record for a student I would like to update the enrollment through one CSV upload to deactivate the students.
Solved! Go to Solution.
In the account reports, you could run an enrollments provisioning report for the current term to see what courses users are enrolled in. If you have multiple active terms that you want to keep users from, you could run the report multiple times. You could then use that data to see what users from a users provisioning report are not actively enrolled in a current course.
If you are planning on using SIS imports to make the changes you may want to use the SIS Export reports for enrollments and users instead so that it is already in the format needed for an SIS Import.

Thank you for the info.
I would like to run the report so I can see the year a student was first enrolled as a user/into a course. This will help me to determine if they should still be active or inactive for the institution enrolled course.
Many thanks
