Is there any way to share one of my Canvas Documents to Google Classroom?

Not directly, @CharisDavenport. If my document you mean a file, the best option is to download it from Canvas and then import into Google Classroom as an attachment. If you're talking multiple files or about other Canvas things like quizzes, etc., there was an excellent answer to this question posted in May:
