At our Technical College, we have Tier 1 support with Instructure, so we have two toll-free phone numbers...one for students and one for instructors. I'm not sure how things work at your school, but this would be a question you'd want to ask your school's Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Learning department to see if they could help you with contacting Canvas Support.
