Students are taking an exam but they are being met by a loading screen and then it goes blank. I have found this to be a very common issue within the canvas community upon researching and I would like an immediate answer or tips on how to fix this if possible.

There is a website that reports on the status of Canvas and associated products that you can visit to get immediate status information:
https://status.instructure.com/
Note that this site will not show the status of any third-party tools.
The best place to go for immediate answers is your local IT or Canvas help desk. It would be great if their vigilance extended to the Canvas Question Forum, alas it does not.
