Is there any information out there about the nature of the relationship between OpenAI and Infrastructure in regards to the sharing of teacher created content on Canvas? Does the deal preclude Infrastructure from giving access to course material and data to OpenAI or is the door open to OpenAI to scrub data from teacher created content? If OpenAI can scrub that data will teachers and school districts be informed of this?
Does your district have a purchased subscription for OpenAI? If not, then you will not have any OpenAI in your Canvas as this would require a separate purchase and installation. If they do, then the question would be for your Canvas Administrator. Have them check what data is passed between your LMS and OpenAI. It should be in the contract when that tool is purchased.
