Canvas isn't loading on my computer and I've tried restarting it and using different internet connections

Sorry that you are having difficulties with Canvas. Do you mean that you've tried different internet browser (not internet connections)? These are the things that have been recommended:
- Make sure that your web browser is up-to-date. If you haven't tried either of these yet, try either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Also, take a look at this Guide: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Clear your browser's history/cache files. Then, once you've done that, you can shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed for the better.
- Try to reach out to folks at Santa Barbara City College who work directly with Canvas...such as their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department. I was able to visit their website, and I found the following pages which might have some help documentation and support links for you: Canvas Help - Santa Barbara City College (sbcc.edu) and Canvas Technical Support - Santa Barbara City College (sbcc.edu).
- Contact the Canvas Help Desk staff...as they might have some other things for you to try as well. How do I get help with Canvas as a student?
