It's a little difficult to determine exactly what might be going on within your Canvas course(s) because most of us here in the Canvas Community do not have access to your school's Canvas environment or any course(s) you are taking there. Generally speaking, I would recommend that, if you have not done so already, you should reach out directly to your instructor(s) about this issue. It might be that images and videos in your course have been incorrectly linked in your course. This might be because your instructor(s) copied/pasted links from one course to another, for example. In this situation, if your instructor(s) did this, since you don't have access to a previous version of the course, any content that was copied/pasted from that course into your own course wouldn't work correctly. This is just one possible scenario, and without knowing the specifics of your course, it's really hard to tell. You can reach out to your instructor(s) directly by clicking on the "Help" icon in the far left-hand global navigation menu, and then selecting "Ask Your Instructor a Question". Do you have any screenshots from your course that you'd be able to share to better illustrate what you are seeing on your screen? That might give us some ideas of what might be the issue.
