Canvas not opening

I am unable to access Canvas on safari on my Mac. Whenever, I access the link, I get a "Bad Request" with the following error message: Apache Server at canvas.instructure.com Port 80. This is the first time this has been an issue on safari. Was there an update that messed something up?

I'm not sure of an answer as it relates to your Safari browser, but have you tried using a different browser instead?  For example, Google Chrome and/or Mozilla Firefox are generally good alternatives when using Canvas.  You can find out more by visiting: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?.

You also might want to try seeing if your computer and browser need updates.   And clearing the cache on your browser.  (I typically have a better experience using Chrome)
