Hi! We are having problems with the McGraw-Hill app integration. After adding the app, with the consumer key and shared secret, the 2 developer keys are not created, and they should appear under the Inherited keys area. As such, the integration is not working.
Has anyone had a similar problem? What could we be missing in our canvas installation?
Thanks in advance.
Maria

Since you are running the Open Source version of Canvas, it is difficult to assist with troubleshooting what might be going on, but I recommend first that you make sure you are following the steps outlined in this McGraw-Hill Support page about integrating with Canvas.

Thanks for the reply. The content of that page is different from the instructions we received from McGraw-Hill, that consisted in simply adding the integration through the apps. After adding the app, 2 developer keys should appear under the Inherited keys area, but that area is actually empty. When we try to access it within a course, there is an error message as attached. Really frustrating!
