Several students are experiencing similar issues, and I haven't been able to pinpoint a common cause myself. But, here are the things I've been recommending:
- Confirm that you are using an up-to-date web browser. You might also try using a different browser such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Review this Guide as well: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?
- Try clearing your cache/history in your browser. After you do that, shut down your browser, re-start it, and then log back in to Canvas to see if anything has changed.
- Reach out to folks at California State University, Fullerton in their Online Learning / eLearning / Distance Education department.
- Connect with the Canvas Help Desk staff to see if they have any other suggestions for you.
