Canvas translations for Bulgarian language

Hello, we're an NGO that are the official advocates (translators) of Khan Academy to the Bulgarian language. Recently we wanted to curate our own course offered to students for free, and are looking into using Canvas as a platform for it. As our target group is 5.-7. grade students, having the interface in our native language is crucial for the project.
What would be the process to translate the Canvas UI in Bulgarian? We have previous experience in localization of other educational platforms as well.
