Canvas won't load when trying to pull up the login page

I am unable to login into canvas on my desktop but am able to on my laptop, phone, and iPad. I have downloaded my different browsers, cleared my cache and even restored my computer. None of these have allowed me to fix the problem. When running windows diagnostics it says "Your computer appears to be correctly configure, but the device or resource ( is not responding". This has been a problem for months and I am not sure how to fix it.

I am sorry to read that you are having issues logging on to your desktop computer.  Thank you for including some of the things that you have already tried.  One other thing you might try is to clear your history/cache in the browsers you are using.  Close your browser after doing this, then re-login to Canvas.

In general, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome are good browsers to use, but I've also had success with the Edge browser.  Have you used the built-in browser check that is available here: What are the browser and computer requirements for Instructure products?

I would suggest that you try reaching out to Canvas Support to see if they have any other suggestions for you.

Since it appears you go to Wisconsin-Milwaukee, can you confirm you're trying to login to the correct Canvas instance?  From what I can see, you should login from
