Changing a user's email address

A user enrolled in the Canvas database with an email address that we now want to change. I removed her from the course and re-enrolled her with the new email, but the system defaults to the old email. Anyway to change this?

 @pdimock , greetings! is this in a free for teacher course or a course that is part of your school's Canvas environment? If it's in a free for teacher account, then I would contact the Canvas Support by clicking the Help link and Report a Problem. If it's part of your school's Canvas environment, then you would want to contact the Canvas Admin at your school.
