From my experience working with my territory of schools, I have not had anyone reach out with bug/glitch issues! With that being said, I also have not had anyone comeback and ask to have the feature turned off due to issues that they have experienced. Note: you can have the Discussion Checkpoints feature enabled in the Beta/Test Instances if you would like to test it out in those without causing disruption to your Production Instance.
