Compatibility Issues between Canvas/iOS/Articulate360 - students locked out from Articulate content on iPhones and iPad Pro

Hi everyone, my school is encountering an issue with students who are trying to access Storyline 360 content that is iFramed into Canvas. Students are seeing an error message that says "Content is Unavailable".

We've encountered a similar issue with browsers that block cookies and third-party tracking, but going into the settings and enabling those has always fixed the loading issue - but it seems like that isn't working in this instance.

From our testing we've been able to find solutions for PC, Mac, Android Phones, and iPad, but iPhones and iPad Pros we haven't been able to find a solution for.

Has anyone else encountered this? Are there any known workarounds?
