[ARCHIVED] ConferZoom or BigBlueButton Conference Feature?

Is there any reason to prefer ConferZoom over the BigBlueButton Conference feature? I work within the California college system if that is relevant.

Hi Kim,

It looks like ConferZoom is a third party tool that the California Community College system provides that integrates with Canvas.  I personally do not have any experience with this tool so I cannot offer input on which is better.  I do see several other posts in the community from CCC instructors expressing frustration with the tool.  However, that may simply be survivor bias with happy teachers simply not posting about it.
