Confirm Registration Not Working - Cant publish course

I recently signup with an account and i clicked on the link to confirm registration. However, when I went to publish a course it says I have not clicked the registration from the email .. I went back to the email to confirm that I did and when I clicked it again it says you have already confirmed registration. 

Can someone please help? 

We need to get a class up and running quickly before we buy the whole system

Hi  @6_ . The best way to sort this out would be to file a support ticket so someone can look into things with more information and access than I have as a member of the Community team. However, I understand there could be some urgency here and I can see the 4 classes under your account. Would you like me to publish these courses for you if I am able?

that would be fine but we are going to add a few more courses. I sent a

note so im hoping that it can get resolved.

I'm having the same issue. When I click to publish course it asks me to confirm registration that was send to me by mail. I did and I went back to do it again but it doesn't work. PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Hi,  @elhimmelstein . I'm not sure what the root cause of this is but one thing I've heard from others is that going to their profile page in Canvas and confirming their account again from there has resolved the issue.
