Conversations not working

Hi,

When I am trying to send a message via canvas inbox, it's not sending the notification to the users and when I try to open the message in the sent items, it shows an error message saying " Sorry, something broke".

Can anyone please help me to resolve this?

Hmmm...this sounds like something that you should probably report to the folks at the Canvas Help Desk so they can do some further investigation with you.  In order to contact the Help Desk, please follow the instructions on one of these Guides:
